Martin Gill
Engineering Manager
Martin joined the Ingot team after completing his degree in Computer Studies at Liverpool John Moores University, and has worked his way up to now lead our development team.
It’s his role to prioritise, manage and review the features we add to Ingot continually, making sure the team remain aligned and on track with the overarching objectives of the solution.
Explaining what he enjoys about his job, Martin comments that everyone wants a stress-free workplace and he firmly believes in the power of digitalisation to achieve that.
As well as dedication to streamlining systems, Martin also demonstrates bravery, by supporting Sheffield United in an office full of Liverpool or Everton fans!
